A call is counted each time your AI receptionist answers an incoming phone call, regardless of duration. Calls that are forwarded directly to your phone during business hours are not counted. Outbound calls, missed calls, or calls that go directly to voicemail are also not counted toward your monthly limit.
If you exceed your included calls, you'll be charged the overage rate for your plan. Starter plans are charged $0.60 per additional call, and Growth plans are charged $0.45 per additional call. Pro plans have unlimited calls with no overage charges.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
